Indian Traffic is like Democracy. Everybody knows they need to stop at red light (they should not choose a wrong candidate), but every body tries to influence the system in their own way (move ahead of the stop line, little by little) and finally the group with larger numbers wins. Even if it means stoppage of rest of the roads and slow down of their own passage.
